We provide script files used for data processing and respective output files in this folder “data processing" .  Processing is organised according to figures shown in the paper. See the respective Read me files in the subfolders for details.

In order to generate the correct figures/table, some additional files need to be copied into each figure fold. In each figure/table
folder, you will find the essential data and the code to produce each figure/table.

"coast_mask" folder includes the file "mask_c.nc", which will be used in generating some figures/tables

"additional_data" includes ocean total alkalinity and DIC data from control run, which might be used in some figure generations

"control_run" includes the tavg.nc output from control run. It is widely used.
