Introduction

This directory contains figure scripts and model output used in the writing of

hi_exp contains model set up files and output from the WARMING scenario as described in the paper.
pi_exp contains model set up files output from the COOLING scenario as described in the paper.

Under each experiment directory, the cal directory contains model output for the calcifier runs.
The nocal directory contains model output for the model without calcifiers.
The notrace directory contains model output for the model with calcifiers but without prognostic calcite.

Methodology

The model data was produced using the UVic ESCM. Please contact the first author for model code. Ferret was used in data post-processing and the files are included here.

Metadata for model output is included in the netcdf file structure.
