## goal:
-To generate "figure S5" from model output "tavg.xx.xx.xx.nc" and "tai.xx.xx.xx.nc" for each individual model run

## related contents:
- g_ph.mat: global-mean pH matrix
- c_ph.mat: coastal-mean pH matrix

## How to use it:
- (1) Use ferret script to generate the ASCII output for key variables. (script name: time_series.txt). See folder "figure 1"
- (2) Convert results from (1) into the Excel and Matlab matrixes (*.mat and *.xlsx)
- (3) run matlab scripts “ph_global.txt” and "ph.txt"  to generate the plots
