Output files for each calibration experiment are saved in individual folder.

the output files are:

fitness_all.txt
—————— the misfit of each individual in a calibration.

parameters_all.txt
—————— the parameter values of selected parameter set in each individual.

O_phytnpp.txt
—————— the yearly average of ordinary phytoplankton in the 9000 year for each individual. (unite mmol NO3 per second).

O_diaznpp.txt
—————— the yearly average of diazotrophs in the 9000 year for each individual. (unite mmol NO3 per second).


O_detrexp.txt
—————— the yearly average of particle flux crossing each layer. (unite mmol NO3 per second, per m)
