For each calibration, the best individual is selected to run a 9000-year spin-up.
Each spin-up's outputs are put into respective folder.

In each folder:

control.in 			
———— model control, which contains physical and biogeochemical parameters for one spin-up

———— the monthly average of the last year of the spin-up of tracer *.



O_*.nc				
———— output files of the model diagnostics in the form of monthly average for the last year of the spin-up.



available_diagnostics.txt	
———— explanation for each diagnostics output file.




In the code sub-folder, *.c, *.h and *.f files are the model code. The Biogeochemical component is named : npzd_src.f

———— batch job file for the HLRN system.

pickup.petsc
