The new, uncompiled model code can be the new_model_code directory. To use, the base model must be first downloaded from http://terra.seos.uvic.ca/
Setup and installation instructions can be found there.

Compiled model code and output used in the preparation of the paper is found in the model_output_for_paper directory. Data is provided in netcdf format with metadata included in the files. Simulation details are described in the manuscript.
