Methods are described in detail in the manuscript/publication and a related supplementary material document. Model experiments have been carried out on the CAU NEC cluster. Model results are provided in the output branch of this repository and have been analysed with the program PyFerret v7.63. (figures branch). The applied fortran model code is provided, together with initialisation and forcing data and a description on how to reproduce the individual model experiments (see the repro branch of this repository). Scripts used to prepare the figures of the publication and other analysis are provided in the figures folder. Note the LICENCE file.
